*tepeo is operating a selective distribution system (tepeo Authorised Reseller Network) for the sale and distribution of tepeo products within the UK.  Authorised Resellers may be appointed into the Network which fulfil tepeo’s Authorised Reseller criteria and requirements. Below is a summary of some of the key points of the criteria and requirements as set out in Section 4 of the Master Reseller Agreement:

• The Authorised Reseller carries on business as a retailer and installer of heating and thermal storage apparatus and equipment, elements and boilers.
• The Authorised Reseller will use its best endeavours to promote tepeo within its standard sales and marketing activities.
• The Authorised Reseller shall employ a sufficient number of suitably qualified and trained personnel to ensure that all queries are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
• The Authorised Reseller shall ensure that all of its installation services are carried out using suitably qualified personnel performed with the level of care, skill and diligence as may be reasonably expected of an experienced and professional installer.
• The Authorised Reseller shall maintain at all times all necessary certifications, licences and consents, including for any subcontractors, and comply with all applicable laws relating to the relevant installation service.
